Information you provide

We collect your name and email to register you and administer the service. You may optionally provide a phone number, LinkedIn profile URL and CV. Your selected plan and acknowledgment of this notice and the terms are recorded. Providing a CV is optional. Include only information relevant to your job search.

How we use your information

We use registration and career information to contact you about your registration, organise service delivery and prepare the support described in your selected plan. We record verified payment and subscription information to administer billing and renewals. This registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where records are stored

The website and its server functions run on Netlify. Registration records and optional CVs are stored in the business's private Google Drive. A Google Sheet holds the live records and an Excel copy is refreshed periodically. Access is limited to people the business authorises to administer your service.

Stripe handles checkout and stores payment method information. We record Stripe customer, subscription and invoice identifiers, amounts and payment status. This website does not store full card numbers or security codes.

Your choices and rights

Contact the business to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about other rights that apply to you. Some billing records may need to be retained for legal obligations. You can contact your local data protection authority about a concern.

Browser storage

The page uses session storage to remember an opaque registration reference in your current browser tab. It does not store your CV or contact details in browser storage. No advertising or analytics trackers are included in this deployment package.
